A life less ordinary is by no means unaccomplished.
A life less fruitful is by no means livid.
A life without PRINCE2 is, quite obviously, no less meaningful.
It exists for a reason. To qualify us for brilliance in everything we do.
Why do we seek our fortunes in gold, when we can seek it in clarity?
Why do we seek our success in gold, when we can seek it in PRINCE2?
We do so for this reason and this reason only.
To win at any cost. To accomplish at any level.
To master it requires a brilliant mind.
To use it requires a diligent one.
A Center of Excellence is a quaint notion.
A Center of Excellence is a rebellious one.
Lieutenant General Amuthab may not know, that the stick is best wielded softly.
Sothilingam Sivas Sivaskanthan, me, may not know that the perfection in management is not the jurisdiction of one, but many before him. President Abraham Lincoln was and still is considered to be the most brilliant man-manager of all time. I second that statement.
How then, do we find, that most executives today, suffer from over-management or, at times, under-management? Ridiculous it is to state, that if they had studied PRINCE2, perfection in management is still possible.
I make this a light parody, but it stands true.
For the seven principles state, that they are the sacred text of project management.
For the seven themes state, that they are the raw knowledge of control.
For the seven processes state, that they are the path to success.
For management-by-exception is a wondrous concept. It need not be over used.
For management-by-mistakes is a beautiful concept. It should be added.
If not as a theme, as a detailed people management technique.
Love has it, that the whole world knows, that every girl would like it, if only she knew.
PRINCE2 is the same.
If you knew it existed, you would have loved to use it.
It is that perfect.
